Returns & Exchange Policy – Odd Pieces

We don’t do returns or refunds—but we’re happy to offer an exchange or credit note if something isn’t quite right.

Exchange & Credit Note

  • Request must be made within 2 days of delivery.

  • Ship the product back within 4 days (return cost borne by customer).

  • A credit note (valid for 3 months) will be issued once we receive the product.

  • Products must be unused and in original condition.

Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Pre-orders or custom-made items

  • Used, worn, or damaged products

  • Minor color or design differences due to lighting or screen display

Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?

  • Email us within 2 days with your order ID + unboxing video

  • We offer replacement or credit only (no refunds)

  • Return pickup available for ₹150

International Orders

  • No returns or exchanges

  • Refunds only for lost packages (raised within 2 days with unboxing video)

Important Notes

  • Credit notes cannot be applied to sale items

  • Items bought via third-party websites or stores are not eligible

  • Products sent without prior confirmation will not be accepted

  • No refund for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses
